Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal data when you visit the website or ask us for a quote, and what your rights are.
Last updated: 28 September 2026. This notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended, to anyone who visits www.artistidistradacampania.it or contacts us.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as it is not mandatory for our activity: please send any request to the email address above.
2. What data we process
- Browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and operating system, automatically logged by the server to run and secure the website.
- Data you give us when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, email address and event details (date, venue, number of guests, special requests).
- Customer data: personal and tax details needed to issue quotes, contracts and invoices.
- Cookies and similar technologies: described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies and third-party content are only enabled with your consent.
We do not ask for special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR): please do not send them to us.

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not send newsletters or promotional messages without your specific consent.
4. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing your data to get a quote or book a show is optional, but without it we cannot reply or provide the service. Consent to non-essential cookies is freely given: if you refuse, the website still works.
5. How we process data
Data is processed electronically and, where necessary, on paper, by authorised members of the Association, with appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, protected access, backups, security updates).
6. Recipients
Within the limits of each purpose, data may be shared with:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — website hosting, acting as processor;
- Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics 4 (only with consent) and YouTube (only if you enable videos);
- Vimeo Inc. — embedded videos (only if you enable them);
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / Meta — when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy;
- tax and labour consultants, for legal obligations;
- performers and collaborators involved in your event, only for the data needed to organise it;
- public authorities, when required by law.
Your data is never published or sold.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Google, Meta, Vimeo) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified companies and, otherwise, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and quotes not followed by a contract: 24 months from the last contact.
- Contract, accounting and tax data: 10 years, as required by Italian law (Art. 2220 Civil Code).
- Server technical logs: up to 12 months, unless needed to investigate unlawful activity.
- Cookie choices: 6 months in your browser; consent log (with anonymised IP): 2 years.
- Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.
9. Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-21 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing: for cookies, just use the Cookie preferences link.
To exercise your rights, email artistidistradacampania@gmail.com: we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
10. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Bookings must be made by an adult.
11. Changes
We may update this notice, for example for new website features or changes in the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top; in case of significant changes we will ask for your cookie consent again.
